Last week’s goal was to do at least one thing that was entirely for me. I achieved this goal early in the week when I spontaneously allowed myself to watch the last hour of Eclipse that I just happened to come across while flipping channels. I had a million and one things to do, but I put it all aside, kicked my feet up, and enjoyed my favorite scene (the tent) without multitasking or feeling guilty.
This week, I’d like to tackle that long “to blog” list. I’ve had so much to say in the last few weeks but haven’t allowed myself to take the time to say it (so be prepared for verbal vomit coming your way). Work can no longer be my only priority; I have to take time to do non-work related activities that are important to me.
