my only goal for this week is to do at least one thing
that’s entirely for me.
It can be anything – do a craft, bake a cake, watch a movie –
but it cannot be something that I’m obligated to do.
I’ve got to start adding a little bit of “me time” back into my weeks,
and hopefully this will be the start of a good habit.
